There will always be times of trouble and hardship in our lives.
It is part of this life and we will all experience difficulties
of one sort or another from time to time.
As difficult as it may be to understand; troubles have a purpose.
With each season of tribulation we may be tossed about and battered,
but victory is found in our hope.
When you are in the midst of a storm to what do you cling for assurance?
Who do you turn to for help?
A passage I read a lot at the moment. I’m just pretty sure I have enough character now for the tribulations to finally end 🙂
I know just how you feel! There have been times I thought that God over-estimated my strength. But He always knows just how much we can endure and will not let us be taken beyond that point. Blessings.
Thank you Patricia for the Bible passage and reflection. They are words of support and encouragement for me at this moment.
You are welcome,Pam. Whatever we need can be found in the Word. I am happy that you are encouraged this day of grace.
I remember one of my early lessons that faith, hope and charity will strengthen and set me free. The picture is a great image of the storm in our life. Your post makes me reflect even further in this time of Lent. Thank you Patricia.
There is great strength found in the freedom of Christ. A wonderful lesson to learn.
