The Lord hears every word you speak,
even those you don’t say out loud.
Cry out to Him and He will hear you and He will answer.
Do feel there are times when you call out to God
that you are getting a busy signal or an answering service is picking up the call?
What do you do when you feel like that?
Blessings this day of grace,
This scripture is such a blessing to me. When my cries aren’t answered quickly, I try to remember to trust that He has still heard me and is working on it. I had something happen the other day, where there was a woman motioning me forward ( I was in the car), and getting exasperated with me, not seeing that there was someone else coming from the other direction, waling across in front of the car beyond her. I felt like God was showing me how sometimes when I am praying and asking Him to move on someone’s behalf .. and don’t see that happening . ..that it’s because He has to consider others that I can’t see and don’t know about, and so must wait in order that they don’t get hurt.
Thank you and God bless you, Patricia!
You are so humble and wise, Debbie. It is wonderful when we hear God speaking while we are just going about our day. And more wonderful when we, like you, listen to Him.
Thank you for the insight. Blessings.
Got is never too busy to hear the call of our plea, we are way too busy listening to our own woes. Holy is His Name.
Too true. It is so easy to talk on and on and forget that conversation requires listening to the other person. Prayer is no different. If we talk all the time we can’t hear God. Thank you for sharing this bit of wisdom, Blessings.
