ruin

Often when life is a mess we  blame God.
In reality the mess is usually the result of our own foolishness.

Have you been angry with God when your mistakes have been costly?
Do you think He is less than loving when He allows you to make mistakes?

Blessings this day of grace,

patricia

  1. It’s so easy to blame others when we mess up. I cannot conceive that God actually allows us to make mistakes. God gave us free will therefore we have to be accountable for our own follies. How do deal with this, Patricia. Have blessed evening.

    1. I don’t think I have blamed God for the mistakes I made, or make, but there have been times when I have been angry with Him for not taking away or at least easing the consequences of my mistakes. We do have free will and with it comes responsibility. I believe God allows us our follies because He never forces us to do anything. He guides, instructs, nudges, whatever, to get our attention but it is up to us to follow Him.
