boat

The disciples were afraid when they saw Jesus walking on the water toward their boat;
thinking maybe it was a ghost they were seeing.
Peter wanted proof that it was indeed Jesus.
Jesus said, “Come”.
Even though Peter was not certain it was the Lord he got out of the boat.

Are there times when you question if you are really seeing or hearing the Lord?
When He answers what do you do, stay safe or get out of the boat?

Blessings this day of grace,

patricia

  1. Come. I really love that action word. Come. I will go, for as long as He leads me.

    sidebar: That water on Sea of Galilee which is really a big lake, when I was staring at it, it appears to be solid and heavy. I can imagine Jesus walking on the water.

    I am sure Peter knew in his heart that it is the Lord, Our heart will know what the eyes don’t.
