Sometimes when we think we have done everything we can,
and it seems our efforts have failed,
the Lord tells us to go farther…deeper…and try again.

Though His instructions are often not easy to follow
there is always blessing never failure in His plan.

Have you felt like giving up and the Spirit said continue?
What was it like to go out into deep waters?
What happened and what did you learn?

Blessings this day of grace,

patricia

  1. Really beautiful, Patricia! It brings back memories for today, of really difficult times that He asked me to just keep trying. So I did and I’m so glad that I did now, and know that I will be glad for whatever persevering I have to do today! Thank you and God bless you!

    1. Deep waters can be frightening…and exhausting, but that is where the greatest blessings are found. Sometimes I forget this and do everything I can to avoid the deep. Silly me.

  2. I don’t know how to swim so I stay away from the deep but I do take the plunge in life. I win some, lose some. In most cases, I do ask God’s guidance at all times. There’s always a lesson to be learnt.

This verse is part of a beautiful story, Patricia. Thank you.
