We know God does not tempt us to sin but that He will allow hardships and tests to try us.
The devil will take advantage of these times to lure us into sin.

When we find ourselves in the midst of trials and tribulations our response is to be prayer.
Prayer to be kept from temptation that leads to sin.
Prayer to be moved away from the trap set by the evil one.

When experiencing difficulties are you sometimes too weary to pray?
Do you know that is what satan wants to happen?
What are some things you can do to stay alert and vigilant
when under the stress of struggles?

Blessings this day of grace,

patricia

  1. These are great thoughts. I have found that staying constant in prayer prepares me in advance for the battles. I also find that temptation is strongest when I am most weary. Rest is essential even when the world pushes us not to.

  2. Jesus asked the apostles remain alert and vigilant, yet the fell asleep. When this happens to me, I offer my weariness and thank God for his mercy. That’s all I can do in a given circumstance. God night.
