Luke 24:36-39 niv

The disciples were in a room with the door locked
and suddenly Jesus was there with them.
They had seen Him die and His body put in a tomb.
Yet, here He was, greeting them like nothing had changed.

Is it any wonder they doubted it was truly Jesus?
When you have doubts how does He comfort you?

Blessings this day of grace,

  1. I agree with Debbie, and your godly wisdom remains ever the blessing. One comfort is the glorious passage Rom11.33-12.5, for me since 1973. It is the essence of real theology -knowledge of God & definitive doctrine of who we are, and what we do individually as well as collectively.

Micah6.8, as well as Jesus’s promise that in this world we SHALL have trouble also guide me as I pray about everything as God says thru Paul in Phlp4 so He will guard my heart and mind in our Master.

    • Hello Gregory. Good to have you here. The Micah passage is one of my favorites. My desire is to walk humbly with Him always. I often fall short of that but He helps me to the right path and we begin again.

Any wisdom you find here is the Spirit’s work! I write it but He is the editor. When there are errors or confusion it is because I didn’t listen to Him.

  2. Oh, this is a good one, Patricia! Thank you! He comforts me in little things, little details, throughout my day, reminding me that He is right here with me. God bless you!
