Sometimes the louder a person talks the less thought there is behind the words.
Better to listen to the person who considers his words before he speaks.
Those who roar want to hear themselves.
Those who speak quietly want others to hear.
Whose words do you listen to and follow most often?
Blessings this day of grace,

words once spoken cannot be taken back. I keep reminding myself to choose my words wisely. Hard, sometimes. Good thought for the day.
The Lord has given me a quiet and gentle spirit but sometimes my words are loud and not worth hearing. There are days when I must ask forgiveness for my words too many times
quietman _ga- wow! This is so timely and essential. We are new creations in Christ Jesus, let us learn to adopt godly attributes even in our speech. Thanks again to my dear sister Patricia. Thanks be to God. Truly it is God who shows us, as he promised through Isaiah:He, your Teacher will no longer hide Himself, but your eyes will behold your Teacher. Your ears will hear a word behind you, “This is the way, walk in it,” whenever you turn to the right or to the left.
Thankfully it is God’s job to conform us into the image of the Father’s Son, transforming us by the renewings of our mind. Peace to you Patricia, and for your cat as well.O:-)
Thank you, Gregory. I have been thinking of you and Christine. Blessings to both of you as you listen to His voice.
Hi Patricia, words with such a transformational message. Thank you.
Yes indeed, it’s any day better to listen to the quiet voice within (our intuition) instead of following and acting out of reactive patterns which is based on shallow logic and others point of view.
Thank you.
With all the noise around us it is sometimes hard to hear the Spirit speak. It is always with a quiet voice when He does…or it seems to me.
Oh yes!! it’s all about managing our attention and focusing it on our spiritual growth. Thank you.
