If we let the peace of Christ take root in our hearts
it will flourish and take over the field of our hearts
leaving no room for chaos or disharmony to grow.

Whatever is happening in your life today,
will you thank Jesus for giving you His peace?

Colossians 1:23 nlt

Admiralty_anchorAll we do, think, feel, and say, is to be focused on the truth of Jesus.
This is not easy in the world we live in with all its devices and distractions.
We need the Word to keep us where we are meant to be.

What do you do when you begin to drift?
Where do you find truth and assurance?

Colossians 3:13 lb

hugsThere are people that we find hard to forgive,
people who do awful things, they hurt us or someone we love.
The last thing we want is to be kind and quick to forgive them.
Yet, that is exactly what we are to do, not just once, but every time.
Think about how awful we were and God was merciful and forgave us.
Remember we are forgiven, not just once, but every time.

Is there someone you need to forgive?
Why are you holding a grudge?

Blessings this day of grace,

Colossians 2:6-7 niv

tree-188300_640As our roots go deep into the Word we will be well-established and strong.
The deeper our roots the more prevailing our faith will be as the Spirit works in us.
We will be unable to contain our thankfulness for what we have received in faith.

Do you expect your faith to grow and blossom without nourishment?
How are you building up your faith?

Blessings this day of grace,

patricia
