Isaiah 26:4 nlt

We have a God that can be trusted at all times.
We never have to be concerned that maybe
He won’t be there when we need Him.
Wherever we are and whatever time it is,
whether we shout or whisper He hears us
for He is the solid Rock that will not be
moved away from us, ever.

Has it been difficult for you to trust God without reservation?
Is it because you are comparing Him to people who have disappointed you?

Matthew 6:20 nlt

We all have things that are important to us,
possessions that are precious to us, things we call treasures.
Things people have given us or that we inherited from family,
things we have worked and saved for over the years.
Things we keep and protect whether or not we have any real use for them.
There is nothing wrong with this unless they become
something they are not, priceless and eternal.
True treasure is found in our hearts;
the thought behind the gift, serving one another, compassion, kindness, love…
These are priceless and eternal and to be treasured.

What is your greatest treasure?
Is it temporal or eternal?

Psalm 145:13 niv

The kingdoms and powers of this world come and go.
God’s kingdom is forever and always.

The kingdoms and powers of this world are unreliable and unstable.
God’s kingdom is steadfast and honorable.

Whose kingdom do you want to live in?

Revelation 1:8 esv

God is eternal and has no beginning or end.
He was present in the past, is present now, and will be present in the future.
“Praise Him from whom all blessings flow.”

Is it not comforting to know there is no time when God is not present?
