1 Corinthians 1:18,25 niv

powerThe wise are foolish and the strong are weak
if the message of the cross is a stumbling block.
They can argue, debate, and oppose all they want;
in the end it will all be for nothing.

Was the cross ever a stumbling block for you?
Who or what removed it?

1 Corinthians 3:19a niv

jester

The world pursues knowledge at any and all cost
thinking it is wisdom being achieved.
Knowledge is a wonderful thing but it is not wisdom.
There is more to wisdom than books and experiments and theories.
Knowing this is the beginning of becoming wise.

Are you a “fool” for God or foolish in His sight?

Proverbs 29:11 niv

calm

Temper tantrums are not acceptable in children and deplorable in adults.
Yet, we see many adults letting their temper rage wildly.
There is no wisdom in losing your temper, it is a fool’s device.

Do you know the difference in being angry and losing your temper?
What is gained when you let your anger explode?
