When we know God we can live godly lives.
However, we need to be more than friendly acquaintances of His,
we need to know Him intimately.
Getting to knowing God intimately is like getting to know anyone,
it takes time, patience, and commitment.

Sometimes I let busyness get in the way of my close friendships.
Same thing happens with my relationship with our Lord.

How are you doing with your relationships, with people and with God?
Do you need to step back from the busyness of life and make time for them?

What does denial of Jesus mean to you?

There are things needed now in this world.
But there will come a day when they will no longer be needed
and will be no more.
As for love, it is eternal never to end.
Not only will love never end it will be even greater.
It will be perfect.

What are you holding in your heart that is transient?
What will you have when it is gone?
